inXtron expands Super Speed USB 3.0 product line with USB 3.0 powered RAID enclosure featuring state-of-the-art USB 3.0 device controller

By incorporating Silicon Image's SteelVine® Series 3 Core storage technology and a USB 3.0 bridge integrated with the latest USB 3.0 technology from Asmedia, the leading USB 3.0 device solution, inXtron has created an ultra high performance external hard drive enclosure capable of speeds up to 5GB/s that includes RAID0, RAID1 and JBOD functionality.

Orbit, one of many products on the inXtron USB 3.0 roadmap, offers an excellent solution for USB 3.0 seekers, providing users with a quick and easy way to access their digital files. The front opening enclosure provides easy access for installation of the two 2.5-inch hard drives.
