What is the maximum HDD capacity the Taurus RAID II supports?

The Taurus RAID II supports a maximum of 2TB per volume. This means that for RAID 0 and JBOD, the maximum per HDD is 1TB. However, for Non-RAID and RAID 1, the maximum is 2TB per HDD.

This is a hardware limitation and there is no firmware update available to increase the supported storage capacity.
