My DD5 is defective, where can I send it for repair!

Please contact your DigitalDoc5 supplier, and arrange to return and have the unit repaired/replace under warranty. inXtron provides 12 month warranty coverage to our resellers on all our products. 

Please be sure to contact your supplier before sending them the faulty unit, as the supplier will probably have a proceedure for accepting returned goods.
