Why does the ConfiguratorApp on my Mac not detect the device?
The ConfiguratorApp is part of the SMART AP program and should not be run by itself. In order to access the SMART AP, please quit the ConfiguratorApp and then go to the Dashboard. There is no need to run any other program, the SMART AP will run by itself and detect any compatible devices.
