I can not access the web administration page!

If you have problems accessing the web administration page, try following:

  1. Reset the LAN disk by pressing and holding the reset button, then turn on the power and wait for ten seconds before releasing the reset button.
  2. Connect the LAN disk directly to your computer using the standard Ethernet cable but make sure the USB cable is NOT connected.
  3. Open your web browser and enter the default IP address 169.254.0.1 to access the web administration page. If this does not work, temporarily disable your firewall and try again.

If you can access the web administration page now, setup the device according to your requirements and then connect it to your local network.
