FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions - Knowledge Base

Why and when exactly will the DD5 have a warning signal (beeping)?

The DD5 is designed to monitor temperature, voltage and RPM and turn on the fan if a certain temperature is reached. The set point for each channel can be controlled individually and the fan will turn on as soon as that point is reached.

The first warning signal is because the temperature already exceeded 3 degrees over the set point, it can be turned off pushing any button. If the temperature raises another 5 degree starting from the point where it was turned off the first time, there will be another signal, which if turned off again will not occur again. Once the temperature falls below the set point, the whole procedure starts again.
